We accept all information supplied by you in good faith. However, it is the right of Techy Business Services Ltd. to cancel your Push Social account and suspend our services in the event any of the details mentioned above are found to be untrue or inaccurate. Techy Business Services Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to supply services that contravene any of the aforementioned details.
We may use a ‘cookie’ which is a small file that is placed on your computer’s hard drive for record keeping purposes. This is to monitor customer browsing habits and site usage to help us to develop the design and layout of the site. The use of cookies does not allow us to retrieve contact information or personal data that could identify individual customers. You may modify your browser’s settings if you do not wish to accept cookies.

No guarantees at all are offered as to where your website may be found on the internet, and any work to achieve this is the customer’s sole responsibility.
Techy Business Services Ltd. accepts no responsibility for any losses, either actual or consequential, that is based on the performance of Push Social or a website under the control of you, the customer.
Techy Business Services Ltd. accepts no responsibility if any of the social media platforms integrated into Push Social amend their systems and post generated by Push Social are no longer visible on the relevant social media platform.
Third Party providers not under our control
Techy Business Services Ltd. will not be responsible for any change of policy made by third party review Platforms that affects the performance of Push Social and your social media posts.
TERMINATION
It remains the right of the Techy Business Services Ltd. to disable Push Social, thus removing the facility for you to create social media posts should any of these terms & conditions be contravened. Should any monthly payment be missed or the Direct Debit cancelled, the Techy Business Services Ltd. shall be within its rights to suspend our services. No responsibility shall be placed on the Techy Business Services Ltd. to retain any information whilst it is suspended.
If we reasonably believe that your conduct causes harm or liability to a user, third party, or any review platform — for example, by hacking, phishing, harassing, spamming, misleading others, or scraping content that doesn’t belong to you.
INDEMNITIES
You agree that no action or claims can be brought against the partners, employees and sub-contractors of Techy Business Services Ltd., including but not limited to the following terms –
Any injury to persons or property caused by products and services advertised on a website in your control.
Any misrepresentation or misleading information about products and services advertised through a website in your control that benefits from the services we provide.
Any consequential loss suffered as a consequence of information about products and services advertised through a website in your control.
Any content or information held within a website in your control that infringes any copyright or intellectual rights of a third party.

Techy Business Services Ltd. and Push Social work on the principle that specific third-party social media platforms continue to provide their services. Techy Business Services Ltd. will not be held responsible in the event that changes in policy or software upgrades temporarily suspend or render the product inoperable.
Techy Business Services Ltd. will not be responsible for the ongoing functionality of your website. It is your responsibility that your website continues to function correctly because if your website is unavailable for Push Social to access to generate social media posts from.
Your responsibility
Social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn have robust terms and conditions in place. It is the sole responsibility of you, the customer, to follow these rules and operate within the terms and conditions of each individual social media platform. Techy Business Services Ltd. with not be liable for any consequent suspension or removal from the internet imposed against you in the event of such breaches.
PRIVACY
Techy Business Services Ltd. takes your rights to privacy very seriously and will only collect information for its own purposes, such as billing and login details. The details you supply will not be used for anything other than the good running of our services and will not be sold, rented, or leased to any third party (please read our Privacy Policy).
REFUND POLICY

When purchasing a single-user license via Appsumo, a 60-day money-back guarantee will be in place for any customer wishing to cancel their purchase. Any cancellation made within this 60-day period will automatically render their account invalid and a full refund issued.
Customers buying a single-user license on Appsumo will be offered a specific upgrade deal where reseller packages can be purchased. This is to allow customers to fully evaluate the product before committing to a further purchase. The following conditions apply:

If, after upgrading and purchasing a reseller package, the client cancels their AppSumo account within this 60-day period by using the money back guarantee, their account will be suspended for 48 hours and then cancelled.
During this 48 hour period, they will be notified of the suspension and invited to reinstate their account by reversing the Appsumo money back guarantee.

Push Social has been developed to work within the parameters of third-party social media platforms and their published guidelines. It should be noted that can strategies change though and that we have no direct or indirect influence over how and when policies are changed. In purchasing Push Social you accept that changes could be made outside of our control which affects their performance and therefore committing to buy is made at your discretion.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
